Lead Planning & Cost Control Engineer

Job Purpose

A Lead Planning and Cost Control Engineer responsible for performing the project control function, including project planning and cost control for the Project as per the Project Execution Plan, working closely with the Project Control Manager.

Key Accountabilities

• Ensure baseline schedule follow-up and monitoring, performance reporting, baseline change control assessment, risk management, earned value management guidance and tools.
• Advise and consult on the application of effective planning techniques and controls, earned value, cost and schedule variance estimates at completion, and critical path analysis.
• Support program integration governance formats, plan optimization and project controls best practices.
• Support and advise on the definition of Project Controls and Earned Value Management policies, procedures and standards required to deliver projects.
