About the role:
We are hiring a Lead People Business Partner to shape and deliver the people strategy for a major area of BSI’s global business.
Operating with significant autonomy, you will act as a strategic advisor to Divisional Directors and senior leaders, translating business priorities into organisation, workforce, talent and leadership strategies that deliver sustainable commercial performance.
This is an enterprise-level role with responsibility for leading complex organisation design and workforce transformation, anticipating future capability and people risks, and balancing talent investment with wider business priorities. You will also set the standard f...
