Lead, Organizational Change Management

Responsibilities

• Change Planning: Maintain the OCM support intake process to enable the team to plan and forecast project/product OCM needs
• Partner with key stakeholders (e.g., DTS Engagement, User Experience, Intranet team, Corporate Communications, People team) to align strategy, audiences, timing, planning and delivery of OCM outputs (communications, training and stakeholder engagement).
• Perform change impact assessments (process, role, technology, behavior) and capture lessons learned to continuously improve future change approaches.
• Track change deliverables and dependencies, ensuring risks/impacts are visible, owned, and addressed with project teams and impacted divisions to support a smooth transition to live service.
• Change Strategy Execution: Partner with DTS Engagement team and/or Corporate Communications to develop clear, consistent messages for a global employee audience.
