Job Description
**this Role, You Will:**
+ Troubleshoot complex and escalated network issues across Wells Fargo’s enterprise infrastructure.
+ Participate in Major Incident Management calls and bridge lines for critical outages.
+ Handle tickets escalated from Tier 2 support and work on incidents per the Integrated Operations Incident Management Process.
+ Configure network devices as part of break-fix activities.
+ Collaborate with Advanced Technology functions, Cisco TAC, and other priority support teams.
+ Serve as an SME for technologies including Routing, Switching, Firewalls, Load Balancers (F5), Proxies, and related network components.
+ Mentor and train Tier 1 and Tier 2 engineers to build operational excellence.
+ Open and manage Change Controls and emergency break-fix change records.
+ Engage with Cisco NOC and HTTS support for escalations.
+ Utilize tools such as Sniffer/Infinistream for packet capture and analysis.
