Lead Molding Process Engineer – Semiconductors

Nexperia is looking for a Senior Process / Equipment Engineer – Molding in Seremban, Malaysia. This key technical leader will develop and optimize molding processes in a high-volume semiconductor environment. Requirements include a Bachelor’s in Engineering, at least 5 years of experience in semiconductor manufacturing, and strong expertise in molding processes and tooling. This role also demands excellent communication skills and the ability to work cross-functionally to drive continuous improvements and yield enhancements in production.
