As a Lead Mechanical Design Engineer, you will be responsible for:
- Creating Drill Bit Design and manufacturing packages utilizing 3-D modeling and data management systems
- Interfacing with Field, Manufacturing, and Technology groups to improve product performance and process efficiency
- Documenting and sharing lessons learned, with cross functional groups
- Supporting Manufacturing with problem solving and issue resolution
- Conducting all activities in line with our non-negotiables, and applicable processes for HSE, Quality, Legal Compliance and Cultural pillars
