Be a leader in maintenance at Pursuit Lodging in Jasper, Alberta as the Lead Maintenance Technician. Focus on HVAC, gas, and mechanical systems to ensure operational efficiency.
This full-time role involves managing the maintenance operations across multiple resort properties. The successful candidate will be a Red Seal HVAC Technician with a Class A Gasfitter license, focused on ensuring compliance with all safety and operational standards. Your leadership will guide a team of skilled technicians as you troubleshoot complex system issues and manage maintenance schedules for optimal guest comfort.
Key Responsibilities:
• Direct maintenance and improvement of all HVAC and mechanical systems
• Ensure compliance with safety and environmental regulations
• Manage preventive maintenance and respond to work orders
• Supervise inspections of building envelope systems
• Coordinate with contractors on capital improvement projects
