Cascadia Metals is hiring a Maintenance Lead in Hamilton, ON, to enhance our maintenance department. This role emphasizes hands-on troubleshooting and efficient management of metal processing equipment.
In this position, you'll oversee maintenance to ensure operational efficiency of our Slitter lines, CTL lines, and production equipment, while implementing best practices in preventive maintenance. You will work directly with production supervisors to identify opportunities for process improvements and optimize equipment performance in an expanding team environment.
