Ensuring quality control by checking work
Conducting site visits and maintaining clear communication across all stakeholders
Preparing design proposals
Very proficient in appropriate software - AutoCad, Sketch Up, AI tools and G-Suite
Produce detailed workings, 3D renderings, construction and MEP drawings, specifications, schedules and BOQ
Meet with representatives for samples, specs and costs
Work closely with team on concept, presentations, design development and execution
Must be responsible for project deliverables and meeting schedules
