The ideal candidate will possess strong L2 and L3 support expertise across Microsoft technologies, enterprise networking, virtualization, security, backup solutions, and cloud platforms including Microsoft Azure and Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI). The role is responsible for ensuring the availability, performance, security, scalability, and reliability of the company’s IT infrastructure and network environments while supporting business‑critical systems and leading technology transformation initiatives.
