Lead Infra Engineer, AI-Driven BI Platform Reliability

JP Morgan Chase is seeking a Lead Infrastructure Engineer to own availability and resiliency for on‑prem and SaaS BI platforms. You will drive automation, AI-enabled workflows, and audit‑ready compliance while collaborating across engineering, infrastructure, security, and vendor teams.

You will lead upgrades, patching, and integrations, and provide hands‑on support for BI tools like Tableau, Cognos, SAP BusinessObjects, ThoughtSpot, and Qlik Sense.
