Summary You will serve as a LEAD HUMAN RESOURCES SPECIALIST in the SE & ALRE GROUP, Human Capital Management Office of NAVAIRWARCENADLKE. Responsibilities You will lead the team to identify, distribute and communicate tasks, goals, objectives, and deadlines among team members for all areas of Human Capital (Staffing, Classification, Recruitment, and Employee/Labor Relations). You will monitor and report on the status and progress of work and check work in progress and reviews completed work to see that the supervisor’s overall instructions have been met.
