Job Summary

As a Lead HR Services Administrator at Honeywell, you will play a crucial role in managing and overseeing the Employee File Management process. Your responsibilities include ensuring the accuracy, confidentiality, and compliance of employee records, providing guidance and support to the HR Services team on complex HR issues related to employee file management, and implementing best practices to drive continuous improvement. You will report directly to the HR Services Manager and work onsite at the Ciudad Juarez location.
