About the role
The Packaging Lead hand will be the overall leader of the packaging team and area, working closely with other departments in order to safely meet all company goals, while following our leadership principles.
What you’ll be doing
- Reports to the Shift Supervisor or alternate and works closely with Shift Managers and the Production Manager.
- Must be able to translate an excellent overall understanding of the packaging area into relentless communication with various stakeholders including Production, Maintenance, QC and Warehouse personnel.
