The Lead Hand supports the Foreman in coordinating daily field operations for Hall Shoring & Foundations projects. This role provides direction to Operators and Labourers, helps maintain safe and efficient work areas, and contributes to achieving daily production goals. The Lead Hand assists with planning, communication, equipment coordination, hazard control, and crew mentorship while performing hands‑on tasks as required. The position requires strong knowledge of foundation piling and drilling operations and the ability to support both safety and production expectations on‑site.
