Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Minimum of 3 years' experience in the Office Automation industry (non-negotiable).
- Proven ability to establish rapport and maintain positive relationships with customers.
- Strong administrative skills and practical knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.).
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- A self-disciplined, patient, and consistent temperament suitable for telesales roles.
- Must be punctual, organized, and able to work independently.
- Own car preferred.
