Job Description
Key Responsibilities
- Identify, prospect, and qualify leads through cold calling, email outreach, and social media. Develop a strong pipeline of potential clients interested in ERP solutions.
- Engage with prospects to understand their business requirements, challenges, and objectives. Recommend the most appropriate ERP solutions based on their needs.
- Work closely with the field sales team, marketing, and other departments to align efforts, share insights, and drive the sales process forward.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all sales activities in the CRM system. Track sales performance, report on metrics, and provide regular updates to management.
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitive products, and market demands. Continuously enhance product knowledge to effectively address customer pain points and offer solutions.
