Job Title: Lead Generation Manager
Experience: 10–15 years
CTC: Up to ₹12 LPA (commensurate with experience)
Location: Full-Time | Remote (Work From Home)
Working Days: Monday to Saturday
Working Hours: 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM
About the Role:
We are looking for an experienced Lead Generation Manager to drive, scale, and manage end-to-end lead generation operations across Linked In, Instagram, and other digital/social media platforms, while also leading a team of lead generation executives.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and execute multi-channel lead generation strategies across Linked In, Instagram, Facebook, You Tube, and other relevant social platforms
Identify, test, and implement new lead generation channels including paid ads, organic content, email marketing, SEO/SEM, webinars, referral programs, and influencer collaborations
Build, manage, and continuously optimize a strong pipeline of qualified leads for the sales team
