Lead Full-Stack Engineer: Architect & AI-enabled Mentor

AgileEngine is seeking a Lead Full Stack Engineer to provide technical leadership for a team of senior engineers building software for a global printing and packaging company.

You will own architecture across a Node.js and Next.js stack, set engineering standards, conduct code reviews, drive adoption of AI-assisted development tools including GitHub Copilot and Claude Code, and act as the primary technical counterpart to client stakeholders.
