The Supervisor of Customer Service will ensure that customers receive a superior customer service experience by coaching and developing a friendly, well-trained staff. The Supervisor will provide management and leadership to all CSA’s within the store while coaching and training the team toward maximum accuracy and execution of company strategy and image.
