Description
The Lead Food Services Assistant performs a variety of routine tasks in the commercial kitchen while maintaining food service facilities in a safe and sanitary condition. The role also performs transportation of food as needed.
Qualifications
+ High school diploma or equivalent
+ Must obtain ServSafe® Essentials certification within six months (if not held at time of hire)
+ Minimum of 1-year experience in professional level food service positions with demonstrated competence
+ Previous experience transporting goods preferred
+ State of Michigan chauffeur's license (can be obtained after hire)
