Job Description
Take charge as Plant Controller at a leading automotive manufacturing firm in Strathroy, Ontario. Lead finance and IT responsibilities while driving efficiency in a vibrant manufacturing setting.
Your role as Plant Controller will be pivotal as you oversee accounting and IT functions within a Tier 1 automotive manufacturer focused on magnesium and aluminum castings. Reporting directly to the CFO, you will prepare financial statements, manage budgets, and support the teams to achieve their goals, all while enhancing internal controls and compliance measures.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead finance and IT operations at the plant
• Oversee payroll, AP, AR, and general ledger processes
• Prepare financial statements and reports
• Manage budgets to meet departmental goals
• Facilitate change and enhance communication across functions
Requirements:
