Lead Field Service Technician

STS Technical Services is hiring a Lead Field Service Technician in Santa Teresa, New Mexico. This non-exempt role serves as the primary customer-facing technical lead responsible for guiding field technicians during installation, commissioning, maintenance, troubleshooting and repair of industrial heat transfer equipment.

This position requires strong industrial field service experience, hands-on electrical and mechanical troubleshooting skills, professional customer communication and the ability to lead crews safely and effectively at customer sites. Travel is expected to be approximately 80 percent or more based on business needs.
