Lead Precision Metal Fabricator
Hours: 7:00am -4:00PM Monday to Friday (OT when needed)
Salary: $70,000 - $90,000/ year
Location: Richmond hill
Must Have:
8- 10 years experience in sheet metal or custom fabrication
2+ years in lead or supervisory role
CNC (brake press) set up experience
Role Overview
Client is seeking a highly skilled Lead Precision Metal Fabricator to serve as the technical backbone of our production department. This person will be the bridge between engineering concepts and finished products. You will lead the production team by example, troubleshoot complex fabrication challenges, and act as the primary advisor on Design for Manufacturing (DfM) during the prototyping phase. 8000 sq foot facility with approximately 40 employees oh the shop floor.
