Job Description
Insight Global is seeking a Lead Deployment Technician to support and oversee a large-scale device rollout for a healthcare client in North Jersey. This individual will play a key role in coordinating deployment activities across the main hospital and Epic training environments, ensuring a smooth and efficient rollout of laptops, desktops, and peripherals within a Windows environment. Responsibilities include leading day-to-day deployment operations, guiding junior technicians, and ensuring quality across hardware setup, device swaps, cable management, and imaging/configuration. The Lead Technician will serve as a point of escalation for troubleshooting issues and will work closely with project stakeholders to maintain alignment with deployment timelines and priorities.
