Lead Engineer, Test Manufacturing (FCT)

Job Description

• Responsible for the transition of new products and processes from engineering to manufacturing and the supply chain.
• Responsible for all manufacturing test related issues, FCT/SYST/ESS etc.
• Knowledge in operation LINUX base operating system environment.
• Responsible for all manufacturing test equipment and fixtures setup, maintenance, calibration, evaluation and troubleshooting.
• Responsible for customer product test method, evaluation, enhancement and RMA test failure analysis.
• This position will work closely with product engineering to define manufacturing requirements within the New Product Development process.
• Manage test yield, uptime performance and capacity analysis for all test processes.
• Work with the CFT team to improve test yield/quality issues and root cause analysis.
