Toronto, Ontario, Canada. Pay range: $126,800 - $164,100 CAD. Eligible for discretionary variable compensation based on business and individual performance.

The Lead Engineer/Dev Manager will design and develop a scalable, resilient, high‑performing PnL reporting platform used by Risk Analysts, Front Office Traders and Senior Executives.

Responsibilities

• Lead the engineering team to deliver high‑quality software and support efficient business operations.
• Manage multiple streams, ensuring proper code promotion and environment stability.
• Conduct design and code reviews to maintain software quality.
• Reverse engineer legacy code to optimise and eliminate bottlenecks.
• Analyse production issues and implement permanent solutions.
