• Coordinate efforts among various engineering function to achieve project goals.
• Develop detailed project activities, plan and schedule and drive accountability on each milestones of engineering deliverables.
• Maintain a detailed project tracker which allow live update of the resource, progress of each engineering deliverables and its milestone with respect to the baseline schedule.
• Provide periodical update on project progress, changes, achievement, and challenges.
