Related core services provided by our Business Excellence Team are strategic and operational analysis, implementation of Lean methodologies and tools as well as the definition of process and standards. Coaching a team of Process Engineers and leading continuous improvement initiatives, the design, operation, standardization and control of processes is the responsibility of the Lead Process Engineer.
