Related core services provided by our Business Excellence Team are strategic and operational analysis, implementation of Lean methodologies and tools as well as the definition of process and standards. Coaching a team of Process Engineers and leading continuous improvement initiatives, the design, operation, standardization and control of processes is the responsibility of the Lead Process Engineer. Managed and guided by the Program Management the Lead Process Engineer consults with internal & external stakeholders in various organizations.
