This role plays a key part in ensuring engineering excellence, safety compliance, and continuous improvement across site operations

Leadership & Team Support:
Lead, coach and support a team of engineers, providing hands-on technical guidance
Act as deputy to the Engineering Manager, overseeing activities and budgets when required
Ensure planned preventative maintenance schedules and corrective works are completed effectively
