In this Monday-Friday role, you will supervise essential planned preventative maintenance and react promptly to issues. Your expertise in Heating & Ventilation and Air Conditioning will enhance our facility management efforts. Key Responsibilities: • Oversee routine PPM for mechanical and electrical systems • Address and highlight reactive maintenance areas for improvement • Quickly resolve plant faults to keep systems operational • Ensure adequate spare parts for both maintenance and repairs
Requirements: • NVQ Level 2/3 Electrical Installations or equivalent • 17th/18th Edition qualifications • Experience with CAFM systems • Expertise in maintaining varied mechanical and electrical equipment
