Role Summary

The Lead Engineer is responsible for leadership of the sub system engineers and is responsible for deliverables for all aspects of defined component(s) / system(s).

This role is responsible for progressing cost reduction proposals through specific gateway. You will have responsibility for:

• Progressing cost reduction proposals from ideation to release through the Initiative Management System (IMS)
• Evaluation of proposals for initial feasibility
