Lead Engineer (Civil Works)

Enersense Engineering is currently looking for a Lead Engineer for Civil Works to join our client's team on a Data Centre project located in the Helsinki region, Finland. In this role, you will be responsible for leading all Civil (CSA) activities and ensuring high standards of safety, quality and project delivery throughout the entire project lifecycle.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate all Civil work packages
• Ensure site safety
• Manage quality assurance and control
• Coordinate project scheduling
• Support cost monitoring
• Supervise site activities
• Monitor subcontractor performance
• Represent the civils discipline
• Assist with project closeout
• Review drawings
• Complete CSA activities to a high standard
