Job Summary Lead engineering projects by translating high-level requirements into actionable tasks, managing and developing teams, and delivering cost-effective, reliable analyser system designs that meet customer needs and industry standards. Responsibilities Work with project managers to break down high-level requirements into actionable tasks. They provide realistic technical estimates and identify risks. Lead team within territory, inclusive of workload distribution, managing performance, coaching, and mentoring/ train new/junior staffs within department.
