About the role As a Lead Engineer at Advanced CAE Pte Ltd, you will play a pivotal role in leading engineering projects for process analyzer system integration . Based in Bukit Batok East West Region, this full-time position offers the opportunity to drive project execution, coordinate multidisciplinary teams, and contribute to the company's strategic growth in the Engineering Science sector.
What you'll be doing
Work with project managers to break down high-level requirements into actionable tasks. They provide realistic technical estimates and identify risks.
Lead team within territory, inclusive of workload distribution, managing performance, coaching, and mentoring/ train new/junior staffs within department.
Lead team for design and costing on Analyzer System, not limited to Sample Handling System, Analyzers, and Racks/Cabinets/Shelters.
