Lead Emergency Services Dispatcher

Responsibilities Distributes and balances the workload among employees in accordance with established workflow or job specialization, assuring timely completion of dispatch activities. Provides advanced emergency medical dispatch life support through pre-arrival instructions to callers. Operates and maintains all Dispatch Call Center equipment, including the National Crime Information Center (NCIC) System to obtain criminal background information. Prepares and maintains reports and records relating to emergency responses.
