Job Description
Lead electrical design activities for mining and metals projects, including power distribution systems, substations, and related infrastructure. Perform equipment sizing and selection for key electrical components such as transformers, generators, drives, switchgear, MCCs, UPS systems, cables, and grounding systems. Support the development and continuous improvement of engineering standards, best practices, and technical guidelines. Prepare technical documentation, bid packages, and evaluation materials for electrical equipment and bulk materials. Produce core electrical engineering deliverables such as single‑line diagrams, load lists, equipment datasheets, layouts, cable schedules, and design packages for execution. Provide leadership, mentorship, and technical oversight to junior and intermediate team members.
