Job Description
What You’ll Be Contributing:
Develop electrical system designs for high-, medium- and low-voltage distribution specifically for data center infrastructure; Switchgear, switchboards and panelboards; MV-LV gear and transformers; UPS systems; Generators, ATS/STS and paralleling gear; Busways and RPP/whips; Perform load calculations, short-circuit analysis, arc-flash studies, and coordination studies; Proficiency in AutoCAD, Autodesk Revit, or similar tools; Coordinate with utility provider on incoming service requirements for large-scale data center facilities; Integrate electrical systems with mechanical equipment such as chillers, HVAC and other data center cooling systems; Support integration of EPMS/BMS monitoring systems; Participate in vendor design discussions and review drawings and submittals; Provide internal support to SCM and prefabrication teams; Support commissioning activities.
