Job roles & responsibilities: Plan Hyperlocal Campaign Progression/Review: Identify models and campaigns for the month based on volume planning and RO/ dealer needs.
Plan the hyperlocal calendar, execute and manage outputs while achieving digital conversion matrix.
Coordinate budgets and monitor monthly campaign performance, providing reports as needed.
Work closely with agencies to monitor budget spends, lead quality, and conversion, taking action as required.
Monitor lead flow across different digital sources and report on plan vs. achievement.
Improve CX by regularly monitoring dealer level lead follow-up TAT and lead assignment.
Coordinate with agencies on hyperlocal creatives, suggest changes based on regional context, secure approvals, and ensure timely campaign execution. Provide creative support for dealers and regional teams.
