Job Description
**DUTIES:**
+ Leads and participates in assigned projects using Azure DevOps tools.
+ Writes and/or supplements work item instructions (PBIs) that provide technical direction.
+ Assign tasks to balance workload and capacity.
+ Updates assignments as priorities shift.
+ Provides regular assessment of team member code quality and proofing pull requests to prevent rework and schedule slippage.
+ Fulfills Java and/or Angular using IntelliJ IDEA and/or Visual Studio as capacity allows.
+ Develops normalized table structures, complex stored procedures, and views in SQL Server Management Studio and Oracle Developer.
+ Troubleshoots, monitors, and reports on application availability and performance using Splunk, Dynatrace, and Data Dog.
+ Responds quickly to application outages; collaborates with other technical teams to resolve downstream failures; proposes novel interim solutions to maintain business activities until outage is resolved.
