Key Responsibilities
1. Data Strategy & Leadership
Define and implement data strategy and roadmap
Align data initiatives with business objectives
Act as a bridge between business and technical teams
Lead and mentor data engineers, analysts, and QA team
2. Data Engineering & Architecture
Design and manage scalable ETL/ELT pipelines
Build and optimize:
Data lakes
Data warehouses
Data marts
Ensure high performance, scalability, and availability
Work with cloud platforms:
AWS
Azure
GCP
3. Data Governance & Quality
