Role Overview

Senior Lead of Data Platforms & Airtable Solutions Architect is the primary owner of the organization’s data infrastructure. This role transforms Airtable from a database into a centralized, production‑grade hub for automated workflows and decision‑grade intelligence. The senior lead designs and operates systems that turn expert labeling activity, QA signals, and delivery events into auditable evidence for clients and actionable insights for internal leadership.

Key Responsibilities

• Data Architecture & Workflow Engineering
• Airtable Ecosystem Design
  • Architect complex Airtable bases using normalized schemas, linked records, rollups, and advanced formulas to support live delivery workflows.
• End‑to‑End Pipelines
  • Own the full data lifecycle, designing scalable pipelines for ingestion, transformation, and storage across Airtable and enterprise warehouses like AWS S3.
