Lead Data Engineer - Architect – Snowflake
At Nuaav, we're hiring a Lead Data Architect to take ownership of a high-impact Snowflake data platform powering U.S.-based enterprise projects. This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who loves designing modern data architectures and leading them end to end, technically and strategically.
We are looking for a proactive, client-facing professional who is passionate about building scalable, production-ready data systems, not to support or work on dashboards, it's platform ownership. We need someone who has designed, built, and optimized Snowflake environments in production — not just use them.
What you should be comfortable leading:
Architecture & Platform Design
• Enterprise-grade Snowflake implementations (multi-layered architecture)
• Environment strategy (dev / staging / prod)
• RBAC, governance, and secure data sharing
• Performance tuning & warehouse optimization
• Cost control with real accountability
