Job Description
As a Lead Customer Experience Specialist here at Honeywell, you will be responsible to ensure the successful fulfilment of all requests regarding the order processing and purchasing activities within the department and adherence to standard procedures and checks in daily activity to provide excellent customer experience.
You will report directly to our Cust Exp Manager, and you’ll work out of our San Luis Potosi, Mexico location on a On-site work schedule.
In this role, you will impact the efficiency and effectiveness of customer order processing and purchasing activities, ensuring timely and accurate lifecycle maintenance of all orders, contracts, and projects in Honeywell systems, thereby enhancing customer satisfaction and operational excellence.
