Lead and manage a team of outbound executives to achieve daily/weekly/monthly targets.
 
Monitor performance metrics and optimise calling strategies.
 
Ensure high-quality customer interactions and adherence to compliance norms.
 
Work with Product, Marketing, and Analytics teams to execute campaigns and improve lead quality.
 
Maintain accurate reporting and support forecasting for the cross-sell vertical.
