Lead, Compensation and Benefits

We are looking for a business-minded and forward-thinking teammate to lead our Compensation and Benefit team. This role is pivotal and is responsible for designing, managing, and executing the organization's compensation and benefits strategy and programs, ensuring they are competitive, equitable, and compliant with legal and regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities

• Ensure effective Compensation & Benefits framework in M1, including the design and review of competitive salary structures and compensation policies.
• Monitor and analyze remuneration and related trends in key markets, and develop appropriate response strategies, including pay premiums for emerging skills.
• Review C&B policies and practices in alignment with market and parent company.
• Formulate policy documents and employee communications.
• Manage and execute the annual appraisals and develop recommendations for the salary review/bonus exercise.
