Are you an experienced CNC Milling Programmer who enjoys developing others as much as producing precision engineered components? This role combines hands on technical machining with mentoring responsibility, giving you the opportunity to shape the next generation of engineering talent while delivering high quality manufacturing output.
About the Role
As Lead CNC Programmer and Technical Mentor, you will take ownership of programming, setting and operating CNC Milling machines to produce precision components to tight tolerances. You will troubleshoot issues on the shop floor, support efficient workflow, and uphold strong safety and quality standards.
Alongside your machining responsibilities, you will mentor apprentices, guide trainee setups, and share practical engineering knowledge to help them build confidence and capability. You will play a key role in promoting a cul...
