**Job Title: Lead CNC Operator**
**Job Description:**
Seeking an experienced Lead CNC Operator to oversee 2nd shift operations and support a team of machinists in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. This role combines hands-on CNC setup and operation with leadership responsibilities, including troubleshooting, training, and maintaining production efficiency.
**Key Responsibilities:**
+ Lead and support a small team of CNC operators during shift
+ Set up and operate CNC mills and/or lathes using conversational programming
+ Identify and resolve machining issues, including program adjustments
+ Ensure part quality through first article inspections and in-process checks
+ Read and interpret technical drawings and specifications
+ Use precision measuring tools such as calipers, micrometers, and gauges
+ Assist with training team members and improving production processes
+ Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment
