Lead Charge Nurse, Supported Discharge & MDT

NHS Scotland is recruiting a Band 6 Charge Nurse for the Supported Discharge Unit within the Operational Division of NHS Fife. The post requires post-registration experience and strong leadership to support patient-centred care and change within the team.

You will lead MDT meetings, provide cover across the Nursing Pool, Discharge Lounge and Ward 9, and engage in ongoing personal and professional development. Right to work in the UK must be demonstrated before submission.
