Job Description
- Proven experience in construction lead roles.
- Strong knowledge of blueprint reading, schematics, construction estimating, and project management principles.
- Hands-on experience with hand tools, power tools, heavy lifting techniques, flooring installation, tile laying, cabinetry installation, roofing systems, caulking methods, and woodworking.
- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to coordinate multiple trades simultaneously while maintaining safety standards.
- Ability to interpret technical drawings and schematics accurately.
- Physical capability for heavy lifting and working in diverse environments; comfortable working at heights or in confined spaces if required.
